We ship to the contiguous United States via UPS Ground for $5.99 or COMPLIMENTARY shipping for orders over $99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico must ship via 2nd Day Air for a fee of $20. 

• $5.99 Flat Rate UPS® Ground for orders less than $99 – 3-5 business days
• Complimentary UPS® Ground for orders $99 or greater – 3-5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air® – 2 business days after ship date
• UPS Next Day Air® – Next business day after ship date

Please expect a processing time of 1-2 business days for your order in addition to the transit time.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes or to international addresses.

• Prior authorization is required on all returns. 
• Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
• We only accept the return of products originally purchased through our website or in our office. If you would like to return a product purchased from one of our authorized partners, please contact them directly regarding your return.
• Returned items are subject to inspection. All printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.
• We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
• Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
• Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
• We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• We reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject returns or charge for the product and shipping & handling costs in cases that do not meet our return requirements or that otherwise indicate abuse of the return policy.
