Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened products.
  • To complete a return, simply bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to either of our store locations.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened products or items without proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
